Telephoned 37 times this week - answer machine but you cannot leave a message.
Weeks ago I sent letters, no acknowledgement and no answers as to a court clerical error.
Two weeks ago I sent the same letters by guaranteed delivery before 1pm, costing over £6.00
I have royal mail confirmation it was received and signed for the next morning - still no acknowledgement and still no answers to an urgent court case.
Please will you respond to me and let me know what's happening with my case.

Can't even give out letters regarding ones own parents, shocking

a Busy Family Court. If you'd like a private meeting room to prepare for your court hearing you need to get to the courts very early (before 9am) as otherwise you will be waiting in a fairly limited waiting space, which can be quite hot in the summer
