We shall be meeting at Back of Beyond at 7:30PM on Monday for food followed by some festive beverages. We shall also being going to Purple Turtle afterwards for even more holiday fun.
There's a prize for the worst Christmas jumper so make sure you dress to impress.

Theme: The letter 'M' Come dresses as anything, as long as it starts with the letter M. Whether that is a melon, moose, or a Mars Bar!
... Plan: The night will start at ParkBar, from 8:00pm! We will later move the night to 3Sixty to dance and sing to our heart's content.

It's that time of year when we elect a new committee for the academic year 2018/19.
Come along to hear about all the fabulous things that RUMetSoc have done this year and to vote for your new committee!
After the new committee has been elected we will head to the Back of Beyond (or another Wetherspoons establishment!) for some food and drinks!

Join us for a night of dinner and dancing to celebrate the end of the academic year! The dress code is Great Gatsby so dress to impress!
Tickets are available from any of the committee members during the lunch hour in the Meteorology Library. If you cannot find us please contact one of us via email/Facebook. There are only 70 tickets available for this event so please make sure you purchase your ticket ASAP!

On Saturday February 3, the Royal Meteorological Society are hosting a national meeting at the Met Office in Exeter entitled "Understanding the Weather of 2017". If you'd like to attend you need to register & complete the security questionnaire before tomorrow (Friday 19th) at https://www.rmets.org/events/understandin g-weather-2017.
