Here's a GPZ 900R that we restored/modified a few years ago. GPZ1000RX motor, ZZR 600 wheels, forks suspension and billet brakes. First picture as delivered........All polishing, powder coating including wheels, engine, frame etc. etc. etc. vapour blasting and plating by Nick, Mr Marcel and Matty Brown. Replica GPZ stainless exhausts by Maf at Expressive Motorcycles. Paintwork by TJC Design. Re-assembled by Tim at Morpheus Motorcycles. Onward and upward.

Another set of unloved crank cases, this time from a Norton. Unbelievable transformation by de-greasing, drying then vapour blasting and micro-sheening.....all in house.

What a difference a week makes. A pair of Rotax 500 crankcases, part of an engine that we "rescued" cosmetically, after a lifetime of abuse. Chemically stripped, vapour blasted, de-gassed, masked and powder coated satin black.

Now we're talking. Fairing, tank, seat and frame covers expertly repaired and re-painted by Tim at TJC Design. Thanks Tim, again. Everything fits perfectly despite the best efforts of the previous owner(s) to destroy it.....lot's of rare Yoshimura bits here too. Fairing side vents, fairing top scallops for cold air hoses, frame side covers and the superb seat unit. Yoshi Cyclone exhaust tidied up and all good. Seat next and refit Pingel fuel tap and breather to tank.

A little progress with the Yoshi GSXR 1100. Wheels and front discs powder coated and shod with new Bridgestones. New Afam chain and sprockets installed...what a nause...already starting to look sharp.

Here is the latest "project" that I am working on. A 1987 GSR1100H "Slabsider." Much modified in the late 80's with a host of original, and now rare, Yoshimura parts. Low miles, it had been "streetfighturd" whatever that means. Gonna need a bit of polish, this turd.

2 strokes seem to be the flavour at the moment, especially RD350 Bullets. Here's mine. Originally a 1975 Silver Bullet, bought as a barely running, wheezing, rusty turd. Suitably pimped in house to the end of every last nut bolt and washer. Rebuilt motor with new crank and pistons. Brand new JnR's found at an autojumble. 2-4 seat. TJC Design custom paintwork. Reality Motorworks concept, build and finish. Now sold to a happy new owner.....not Mr. Marcel (Winnebago Nomad) it has to be said !!!

A wonderful SS80 Brough Superior belonging to Chris. He entrusted us with his powder coating on the frame, forks, mudguard stays, stands, footrest hangers, hubs, spokes, rims and brake plates. All in a period correct gloss black. We also did several sympathetic repairs to the frame. A pretty special and rare motorcycle.

Look at this period piece of motorcycling history.....Griff's Z750 chop from 1988. Dragged, literally, from a garage in Bristol this afternoon. Not been on the road since 1995 according to the tax disc. What a find!! Next on the bench for restoration? Watch this space.....

"REALITY CHECK" One of my own bikes, the concept, design, powder coating and build all in house with fabrication by Pete Sutton. Back Street Heroes Magazine featured and now possibly for sale. Based on a Yamaha BT1100 Bulldog, 56 plate with only 2500 miles on it. Seriously comfortable, seriously low. Just enquire if you are interested, please no wasters.
