Really Useful Bikes

Excellent shop and service. Rob specialises in bikes for transport rather than sport. Dutch bikes, cargo bikes etc are all here. He's also an expert on hub gears and brakes.

Needed a replacement rack urgently for work. Tried through 3 larger retailers who had absolutely disgusting customer service and eventually stumbled across ReallyUsefulBikes. Explained my situation to Rob, got an immediate reply and he got the rack out to me ASAP. Fantastic customer service, as if i'd walked into the shop myself! Will definitely be coming back.

Rob at Really Useful Bikes helped me get my dutch bike commuter back on the road after it had been diagnosed with a crack fork. After giving him a ring and setting a date I dropped by and he installed a new fork and also helped tension my chain in a morning.

He's really passionate about bikes, does a super job and will go out of his way to help people out - definitely a recommended shop, and there's lots to see and be inspired by!

Rob is a fantastic guy who really knows his stuff when it comes to bikes, especially when it comes to practical kind of bike. He helped me pick out a Dutch town bike that is almost maintenance free - perfect for someone like me who just wants a bike, carry my shopping, keep me clean, and will go with no fuss!

Visiting is always a pleasure with lots of special bikes to look at and ride, even if that's not why you turned up! Just make sure to call first to make sure he's in.
