The Boss and his emotional and inspiring tribute to his faithful ole girl 😢❤
As my tribute to Brook my beautiful Labrador that passed away last month hits the magazines, its an Emotional day for me today, it's my first trip out wildfowling without my best mate by my side, I have young Tess to keep me company hoping Brook had enough time with her to show her the ropes, she has massive paw prints to fill this young springer 😢

The Boss heading up and inspiring the team giving a presentation to a packed house 😉
What a simply awesome time I had last night giving a presentation all about the Masonic Fishing Charity I am heading up here in Somerset, joining me was some of the Somerset Committee and deputy CEO of the national part of the charity Graham, I must say we all worked well as a team as always and gave a hugely entertaining and fun presentation, to the WM, Officers, Brethren and their Ladies of... the Admiral Blake Lodge 4692 meeting the Brigwater Temple here in the province of Somerset, the night began up stairs in the temple where all of us including the ladies received a presentation of Confessions Of A Driving Instructor, we then went down stairs for a magnificent festive board and Carol singing, followed by an auction and a raffle with the proceeds being donated to the MTSFC Somerset Branch funds to help put on our events, Admiral Blake's WM has also made our branch his charity for the year, so we must send a huge thank you to Robin and his entire lodge for the support that will be gratefully received and humbley applied, after the festive board we did our Presentation, a huge well done to Graham the deputy CEO of the charity he did an amazing job even though he really was unwell, all in all an amazing night that proved to me being a Free mason makes us better Men and Women, now we can't wait to get our first event under way in the new year, if you would like to help sponsor us and an event or vollunteer please get in touch 😉 www.mtsfc.org.uk

The Boss as always leading from the front and inspiring us to do more has a big shout out here 😉
Hi Guys and Gals, here's a bit of a shout out, I am in need of vollunteers to help with a worthy cause and help run some days for kids and adults with special needs, you don't need to be able to fish as we have so many other roles that need filling, but we also need caster helpers too, Freemason or Not Man or Woman, all can get involved, you will have to pass a comprehensive DBS c...heck as you will be dealing with vulnerable kids and adults, I am looking for vollunteers in Somerset but if you are from else where and fancy volunteering for this worthy cause I can put you in touch with my colleagues in other provinces/counties too as I am sure they would appreciate the help too, please get in touch if you are interested in helping us (mantra) To Start Catching The Smiles.
Regards Rob Collins Somerset Branch Chairman www.mtsfc.org.uk
