Rebalance Description
Prices start from £12. 50 for a 15 minute massage for scalp and face or arms and hands or legs and feet.
£23. 50 for a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage.
£31 for a 60 minute full body massage.
£25 for 1 hour Reiki therapy.

Sometimes this is very hard, as we bring so much of us 'to the table'.
But it's worth practicing ❤️
It's a kind of 'double whammy'. We experience pain and then react to it emotionally and physically. Over time, eg with chronic pain, our system becomes hypersensitive. By learning to react differently we can break the cycle and bring relief and balance back ❤️
