Quick overview on managing chronic pain.

Enjoy a deeply relaxing Sunday morning of yoga Next Sunday 15th July. We shall be doing physical yoga practices to support your every day movement, breath work and yoga nidra deep relaxation and simple Mindfulness meditation. I am running just two more Sunday morning workshops before the summer break. There is one this Sunday and I have a few places left. It is suitable for anybody and is gentle, sensible yoga. Postures, breath awareness, yoga nidra deep relaxation and a little mindfulness meditation to help you move and feel better! All practices are taught in stages so you stay at the stage suitable for you and chairs are available for sitting on if you have dodgy knees! We have been considering the impact of foot health on our whole body health in class recently and doing some "toe training" - this blog explains what is going on with this "mapping" of out toes on the brain and includes two videos showing what our feet toes are capable of - demonstrating the bioplasticity of the brain!

I've done a number of Rebecca's one off yoga sessions and it's always been a fantastic experience. Her beautiful voice has you relaxed and engaged in the exercise straightaway and I find her sessions extremely calming and well planned. She focuses on different postures each time and helps you understand how to integrate the practice into daily life. For me, it's helped my posture and toned muscles whilst a perfect tonic to the stress of modern day living!

I started going to Rebecca’s Restorative yoga classes in October 2017. I absolutely love these sessions.

I have suffered serious knee injuries in the past, but I am slowly getting a better range of motion in my knees through the practices in class.

Rebecca makes sure everyone in the class has everything they need to make their experience pain free and worthwhile.

I come away from class feeling deeply relaxed with my joints loosened and feeling like I can face the coming week head on.
