So, I recently started yoga, and even though I am a total beginner, the impact it is having on me already is amazing! My daughter said to me, "Mum, have you found your 'thing'? ", to which I replied, "Yes, I think I have!"
Being a working parent can mean we sometimes don't give ourselves that one thing we all deserve... time. If I have a spare hour, I would do some laundry, catch up on emails, you all know what I mean!
I've been attending Emma's Monday morning class only a f...ew weeks now and having that one hour at the start of the week is proving to be an amazing tonic. I have an hour when I really breathe, stretch and feel as if balance is restored.
So, if you are reading this on my page, you may be planning your wedding, or have children, or both. Either way, having a bit of time out is something we mustn't forget. Or maybe you fancy getting your body and mind in great nick this year too! Take a look at Emma's page.

When I first met Rebecca at Cocoa Couture I knew I wanted her to photograph our wedding. Rebecca was organised, efficient, professional and all of our guests were extremely complementary of her. The day ran so smoothly and Rebecca played a big part in making that happen. Rebecca went as far as learning not just key members of the party, but a lot of the guests names. The photographs that were captured will be treasured by us forever! We would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone.

We are so thrilled with our photos. Rebecca is full of great ideas, fantastic with young children and makes photoshoots fun. The end results are wonderful and fairly priced. We Highly recommended her . Can't wait for our next shoot.

Rebecca took such lovely photographs.I was so pleased to be able to use such top quality images for my marketing and publicity. Ever since I reached a "certain age", I have found having my photograph taken more and more stressful but Rebecca made it easy and got some lovely results, too.

Rebecca is both talented and lovely in equal amounts! Rebecca photographed our wedding in 2007 and friends commented that they were the best wedding photos they'd ever seen. She has became the photographer of choice in our family, having since taken family portraits and also the wedding photos of our extended family. Highly recommended!

Rebecca has done photos of me twice, and the first time was over 12 years ago! and even then the quality was outstanding and its only got better since, so much so that no other photos of me seem to look good anymore! couldn't ask for a better photographer!
