Rebel Powerpipes was set up in 1997 by yours truly Deepak Arya. . . a huge car enthusiast with an obsession for modifying and of course, a need for speed. . . .
At the time i very proudly owned a vw scirocco GT 2 (not that fast your thinking) and yes your right it wasn't that fast. . .
The first stages of modifiying were needed. . . an exhaust system and a performance filter. . .
The only trouble being nobody made and exhaust system for a scirocco. . . with time on my hands after being laid off from a panel beating and spraying job. so i set about looking at what exhaust systems consisted of. . i hired a small starter unit at Normanby Park Workshops in Scunthorpe, orderd some stainless sheet and tubing and started cutting and fabricating to mould my first exhaust system. . .
