Very recommended! I just finished my Receptionist&Opera PMS Course. This is the best first step you can do in the Hospitality career. Professionals training you under their own experiences in high standards hotels. Intensive course where you learn and practice (very useful) all the bases you can need in order to work as a receptionist. Reception Academy was a fantastic experience, after finishing my Hotel Receptionist & Opera PMS Hotel Software course thanks to the teacher Ramin and all the wonderful staff I have had many job applications as receptionists in different hotels. It was a guaranteed investment for my new career. For all the people who would like to work in the hospitality industry I absolutely recommend it.

My experience at Reception Academy was amazing!!!...I attended the afternoon course and it was really hard because in the morning I worked in another place. All staff made always themself available for any request. At first starting with the Opera system was like a lost because I never use it, but we practices so much that after one or two weeks it was natural to work with it.

My trainer Ramin is an excellent person; he is always available to answer our questions, to repeat and clarify any our doubts. He taught us to use the Opera program but not only, he taught us how to deal with an formal interview and this topic was really useful for me because I understood what was wrong in my way to face up to an interview and a stressful situation like this. Now I really happy to be part of Staybridge Suites' staff in Vauxhall and to finally become a professional Guest Service Representative. If I reached this position today, I need to only say thank you to Reception Academy, which helped me to achieve success, it has brought out my desire to redeem and to show the world to be a valid person!!!!

I have just completed the Front Office Receptionist and Opera PMS 1 month course, with Mr Ramin, and I have to confess that it had truly exceeded my expectations. This course is made for anyone, like literally anyone, coming from any background, from the least educated to the most. By the end of this course, you are 100% ready to work as a Receptionist in a 5* hotel. It is a course that combines the behavioural part of a Receptionist, the technical part (PMS) and the practical part (as most of the course is all about practice). I am totally recommending it. I had the most amazing experience at The Reception Academy (RA), I have been wanting to make the career change to work in a hotel and after reading great things online I decided to go to RA.

I did the Hotel Receptionist and Opera PMS Hotel Software in june. I had heard about the academy back in Spain, and when I came to London in February I met some ex-students that told me it was very good. I was exceptical, at the beginning because I thought they would be exaggerating but I decided to give it a try.

Well I can tell you know that they were not exaggerating at all, everyone there is amazing and always willing to help you. My teacher Ramin, what can I say? It's fantastic!!! He loves his job and he was always helping and motivating us. He made classes very entertaining and gave us examples of when he worked in the front desk. Besides the course is very interesting because you not only learn the Opera System, you learn how to work on a front desk, how to manage the phone, how to prepare a profesional CV, how to handle an interview and everything you need to succed and get the job you are looking for.

If anyone reads this and it is thinking about taking the course I would tell you: "do it", don't hesitate! Really worth it!

I attended the Opera PMS course and I can only say it was fantastic! I learned so many things and I found a job only a week later.

I joined Reception Academy’s Corporate Receptionist & Visitor Management Software 2 Week Course in May 2018 and it exceeded expectations. Great advancement for someone already works in hospitality, and also for someone wants to step into. I had a reservation agent course last month with Pierre - with no job experience whatsoever in UK, no experience in hotel industry and still I was able to start my career in UK hotel industry. Quite amazing thinking about the whole month. Just follow their guide line and be at your best! You need to figure out many things in a relatively short time - a month and could be overwhelming but also very challenging and most of all fun! and also you will meet some amazing characters. I definately recommend Pierre's reservation agent course with every confidence. In all respects Pierre's work and his enthusiasm were entirely satisfactory, very deligent and reliable.

Fantastic experience! I have just completed the Hotel Receptionist and Opera PMS Course and I can honestly say that it was one of my best achievements.
