Recovery Cafe Description

Open from 8. 30 am Monday – Friday
(we close mid afternoon and re-open 6pm-8pm).

Saturday 8. 30-1pm

1st and last Sunday of the month 8. 30-12. 30pm

We take a holistic approach to fitness and believe diet is as crucial as exercise when it comes to wellbeing. It’s why our motto is Train, Eat, Recover, Repeat and it’s also why we set up The Recovery Zone to work hand in hand with the fitness arm of the studio. Food knowledge is continually evolving; thankfully fast food no longer means additive laden and unhealthy. Reflecting this, the Recovery Cafe provides nutritionally dense, high quality ingredients and superfoods - all bottled and prepared daily on-site. Passionate herself about eating well, Transition Zone Owner, Claire’s goal is to offer a comprehensive menu that’s simple, clean and fully backed by a qualified team of nutritionists.

The Recovery Cafe is the perfect nutritional pit-stop before and after a class, or as a grab and go when you're on the run. We strive to be honest with our menu, offering a small but sound choice of superfood based smoothies, juices, guilt-free treats and power snacks, all bursting with goodness. The flavours in everything we produce come from natural ingredients - what you see is what you taste - and we’re extra generous with our superfood serving to make sure you reap the benefits. Whether you're detoxing, want to feel more energised or are keen to alkalise, we have something for everyone. Look out for inspiring recipes, new product trials, and a constantly changing seasonal menu.

If you’re attending a class and pressed for time, simply select what you want before your workout and your order will be ready and waiting as you finish your class. When you consider that the optimum post-workout recovery window is 30 minutes, it pays to think ahead.

If you’re bamboozled by all the ‘what to eat / what not to eat’ messages out there or would benefit from a shake up in your daily meal plan why not talk to one of the nutritional team, you’ll find them around the Recovery Cafe most days. Keep an eye out for our educational workshops too, which are interactive and designed to leave you feeling more knowledgeable when it comes to making food choices.
