Recycles Bike Shop

Have bought three bikes from Recycle a Condor fixie which is amazing, a carbon Litespeed which I love to death and do 40-80 miles a week on and a Trek introductory road bike for my girlfriend.
Been back to have my crankset changed and the service is excellent.
Always has one or two gems tucked away so worth have a discussion to see what is about

Best bike shop in London. Lee is super helpful and this is how all bike shops should be. Reuse and recycle to give customer best prices and effective results. Unthinkable that anyone would go to a big branch bike shops like Evans when there are gems this this in the community .Could not recommend more 👌

Great service a good bike mechanic here. My Trek Hybrid was a write off before Lee reconditioned it and got me back on the Rd. Rides like new now. Much better than any other bike shop in Kingston.

I have dealth with these people too long as there is no one else in the area- they re all young and probably make false ''positives'' on their reviews - they upsell to people who trust them (why?) - they sell dangerous bikes - they re rude on the phone - they are so unhelpful once they make the sell. In my opinion they have no integretity or wisdom. Every customer you treat like dirt is 10 you loose. They are loosing loyal customers with their attitude. Unless your a 15 year old stoner with your parents money - AVOID.

I have been here quite a few times now to get issues with my bike sorted and every single time I get the best customer service. The owner Lee is amazing, always willing to help with anything. His knowledge of bikes is outstanding. I have been to him for a couple of custom bikes and every time he comes through. He really is the 'Albert Einstein' of bikes. You will not be disappointed if you come here. He exceeds my expectations every single time. His charming friendly witty tone also add to the experience which is second to none. I would definitely recommend this place best place in the whole of Surrey to get your bike needs sorted. Love this place

Wanted to love these guys, tyre starting going flat after a week, pumped it up with their help, turned out to be a slow puncture.

Can only visit on weekend due to work, Saturday closed. Go back Sunday. All in all couldn't use bike for 2 weeks.

Tell the situation, no sympathy, no room for negotiation. Pay to fix tyre. Fair enough, not really their fault but felt like I was being looked down on - a simple, really sorry mate, I can't - would have been better than a shrug and 'puncture is a puncture' whilst thinking idiot.

Have my dad and a friend who want to buy bikes, dont think I can recommend these guys anymore - really poor customer experience.

If you are reading this, in general really good shop and people but just feel massively let down.

Fantastic service. Brilliant workmanship. I had no hope for my beautiful tandem bicycle after it had been hit by a bus parked outside JL Kingston. The whole back of the bike was crumpled. Nonetheless the bearded mechanic at recycles somehow bent the steel frame back in shape and serviced her. All for a very reasonable price. I now have a practically new bike. Couldn't be happier

found a used front mech for my 80's road bike. and now they're going to re-spray a frame for me.

Great shop that caters to everyone's needs, friendly owner and great prices.
