Most helpful when I came out of hospital in Southampton getting me back to iow there was someone waiting with a wheelchair got me to my husbands car

I adore crossing the Solent to the Isle of Wight by the Red Funnel Red Jet Ferries.. what a brilliant day to watch as the Red Jet 7 is named and launched~!

First time on the Red jet for years really impressed with the ferry and the service

Couldn't believe how easy our journey was. Straight off train, onto bus then ferry. It only took 2 hours from our train station to Cowes. Very impressed.

Brilliant Red Funnel... Wightlink take note ...professionalism and reasonable prices can be achieved and sickness is dealt with by not cancelling ferries

Amazing service today at Red Funnel Red Jet terminal in Southampton. Thank you to all the staff who looked after me when I became unwell. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble. I was very appreciative of the tea and sandwich, and for refunding my partner’s ticket when he came to pick me up.

Kindness and customer service were top notch.

Thank you to all concerned.

Time table is rubbish late at night, cannot make red jet from train, end up waiting having literally missed by 5 minutes. Come on red jet..think about your passengers.

My view is Red Funnel are the best cross Solent ferry operator who offer the best service they can- weather permitting. If it's extremely foggy or there's high winds then they are bound by safety laws and legislation to provide a safe journey. It is not their fault and people don't always understand that. Red Funnel are always our first choice for travel from the Island.

I might just increase RF's star rating if they manage to regularly clean and maintain the atrium at its Red Jet terminal in Cowes!

It's taken five long frustrating years to get RF to clean-up the forest of cobwebs and other filth that's been vividly evident to all passengers since 2012.

"There's none so blind as them what cannot see."

There was fog so the 6-15 was running late about twenty minutes. I had to go to Norwich. So I missed all my trains thankyou. Ps I got home to newport isle of wight eight pm
