Red Snapper Photography

Better late then never - due to circumstances beyond my control (gallstones have no mercy, even for photographers - although they did just about allow me to finish all shoots - and lie in bed for a day, desperately putting prints into mounts - before they took me to hospital) I'd like to say a HUGE thank you to all my lovely clients (friends) who came for Xmas Mini Shoots. I'm aware that some of you held back on ordering your free 6x4 print, as you knew I was poorly. So..... if anybody didn't order one and would still like to please send me the ref number and I'll get it done for you now that I'm up and running again. Happy New Year and hope to see you all again next Christmas! xx

A few more out takes - Autumn really did not want her picture taken.....I think the next step would have been the arched back, completely stiff pose, whilst screaming loudly... hence the final picture - posting in the chocolate button 😂

When the Emergency Bubbles, the Emergency Buttons and the Emergency Puppet just don't cut it...... we did get there eventually....😜

And just to show that it wasn't all fun and madness with the Goslings, we had little Autumn, who was very reluctant to be in the pictures, but with a lot of coaxing (and a fair few chocolate buttons) we got there in the end (although there were quite a few out takes - to follow) along the way :-D

I said we have fun........ I think George deserves a series of his own - I'm not sure what was going on behind me but it was obviously hilarious! I love this family - they've been coming for the past three years - and there is always lots of laughter, sometimes a few tears, but always some great pictures at the end of it! 😂

Another lovely family - back every year, and always good fun! Lovely to see the children growing up over the months. Great little posers this year 😁

This is the third year these two crazy girls have been back for Xmas shoots. I love the way they don't need any direction - they are just naturally full of fun! 😂

Last Sunday was another morning full of great Xmas mini shoots with some fabulous families. Great fun with these little stars - and mum and dad, of course - look at those smiles! <3

Last Sneak Peek from Sunday 😁 These three monkeys have been giving me challenges for the last few years - I might get one smiling, or even two smiling, but three? Forget it 😂 Needless to say, I love it! Each year it gets a little easier.........I think 🤣

Another Sneak Peek. These two are old hands - they've been coming to Xmas shoots for the past couple of years - one's a little angel and the other's a bundle of mischief - I’ll let you guess which is which ❤ Whatever they are we love them all :-)

Little shy Ivy soon came into her own when the bubbles and sleigh appeared, although mum had to be in the first shot which turned out to be a lovely finger up the nose 😁

To say I've had a lovely time the last couple of days would be an understatement! I'm so lucky to have the most fabulous clients with the funniest and most photogenic children. This isn't a job, it's an absolute pleasure <3 These are the first of the sneak peeks - the rest I'll post later - out for tea with Dan and Sarah now :-)

I had three fab shoots this morning, and this is just one of them. Gorgeous baby, Olivia, and lively little Frankie, who knew exactly what she wanted - and that was mainly being away from the camera or hanging upside down. As you all know, I love the chaos!! ❤️❤️❤️

I just love it when former clients/friends return for their Xmas mini shoots. It's great to see how the children have changed in 12 months and this shoot was my favourite sort - lively, crazy, chaotic - and fun! Thanks for being such good sports, Smyth Family! x
