Redbridge Young Labour traces its roots back to Redbridge Labour Party Young Socialists which was first established in 1965, the same year that both the London Borough of Redbridge, and Labour Party Young Socialists were first founded. The current Redbridge Young Labour was founded in the wake of Labour's amazing result in the 2017 general election under Jeremy Corbyn. A grassroots campaigning organisation above all else, Redbridge Young Labour exists to give young members a loud voice in the Labour party and to make Redbridge Labour more inclusive, democratic and active.
