This dance school has been an established buisness for over twenty years, inspiring and teaching children aged three to adult all forms of dancing, including ballet, modern, jazz, tap and singing. The principal Miss Trudie Croft is a qualified ISTD teacher of dance and welcomes individuals to take part in examinations, stage shows and competitions.
This school prides itself on helping students achieve to their full potential and building self-esteem and confidence along the way. There are huge benefits from learning the art of dancing, it teaches grace, self discipline and self confidence, alongside strength, flexibility, co-ordination and cardiovascular training.
. . . Students are invited to take part in annual shows and competitions which gives performance experience and gives parents and families an oppertunity to be involved. Each class is made fun and enjoyable for the students but ultimately works towards nationally recognised dance qualifications.
Recently the school has again performed at Disneyland Paris which was a fantastic experience for the students and the parents! ! Many children have also had amazing oppertunities like taking part in workshops with The English Youth Ballet, Wayne Sleep and The Yorkshire Youth Ballet. Past talented students have also gone on to have very sucessful careers in professional dance.
Redcar Dance Studio now offers fun exciting Zumba classes set to Latin and international music. This gives everybody a chance have fun, get fit and learn a new an exotic style of dancing!
