We’ve been doing a DIY shop re-fit this week, Jingle Blend from The Baytown Coffee Company makes an excellent coffee break - now just 2 bags left, maybe down to 1 when we re-open on 2nd Jan at 9am.

we don’t have much left in the shop, but if you need these bits: cheese board, fresh duck x 2, sauaagemeat, pigs in blankets - then please call in before 1pm tomorrow

We close at midday on Christmas Eve, and then we all have a week off...

Friday is the last day for getting your christmas orders in, get your John Wright Turkeys ordered, and anything from our Butchery and Bakery.... After Friday we may well be able to accept later orders, but it’ll be subject to stock. We have plenty of trees to choose from, supplied by Yorkshire Moors Christmas Trees

We have a display of locally grown, freshly cut Norway Spruce, Fraser Fir and Nordmann Fir Christmas trees for sale. We have trees to suit all budgets and our staff are very happy to advise you about the different varieties so you get the tree best suited to your home. Prices start from around £15 but it depend on species and height of tree. We also have a selection of tree stands to help keep your tree fresher for longer.
