In just one year Graham has turned this start-up business into a seriously developing company. How is that when there are so many computer guys around? No secret, he does a very good job, works hard, maintains excellent client relations, with a great sense of humour and goes beyond the extra mile to help solve any problems his clients may have. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Congratulations on not just surviving your first year but building a great business in such a short time. How do I know all this? Well I'm probably one of his most frustrating clients: I buy a brand new laptop, accidentally drop it out of the car and it has a 'fatal error' OMG! Now what do I do I'm on my way to Portugal and loaded everything onto that laptop? Call Graham, he'll know and he did, it's worked perfectly ever since. My water bottle leaked into my computer bag without my realising, filling my brand new laptop screen with water. With Graham's advice it's completely dried out and looking as good as new. I go abroad for a few months and buy a PC from what I thought was a trusted Englishman out there, useless! Phone Graham and he sorts out the mess for me over the phone. Now THAT is what I call service. I have arthritis in my hands and find constant use of the mouse extremely painful, spoke to Graham about it and he's looking for an alternative solution to a mouse. The wi fi signal from the router does not reach where I work on my laptop, Graham offered a mains booster that once paired with the router gives an excellent signal wherever I plug it into a mains socket; fantastic! I really don't know how I'd manage without Redditch Computers. I not only would recommend this company to anyone, I have to several people who have since become regular clients.

Excellent service, rang up and tried to explain the problem, got told to take laptop in so they could have a look, was advised that they should have it fixed within 24hrs and they certainly did, gave a ball part figure to fix it and didnt try to rip me off , would definitely use again and would recommend to friends and family.
