With fireworks night approaching, please be aware of pets, livestock and horses in your area.
Horses can colic with serious repercussions if they are panicked. Remember, they are flight animals and they don't understand what the noises or the flashing lights are.
If you are near a horse yard, I urge you to contact them if you are going to be setting off fireworks. If owners are aware of any private fireworks displays in the area, they can take preventative action to ensure th...e horses safety.
It is an offence under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 to cause unnecessary suffering to a captive or domestic animal and this offence does carry a hefty fine.
For the sake of a message or short conversation, save your pocket and any unnecessary panic to horses!

As of 1st April 2018 Redhills Stables (Old Hall Stables) will be under new management! We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our liveries over the years. It’s been a crazy ride, and we could probably write a book on this place! We’ve made some fantastic memories and good friends. We’ve had a brilliant time running the yard but it’s time for a new chapter.
Good luck to the new management. We 100% support you and look forward to see wh...at the future holds for Redhills!
