Rediscover Church Exeter Description
We are a contemporary, multicultural and lively church in the city centre of Exeter, with a weekly attendance of around 300. We have a strong Children’s Church and Youth Church that accompany our Sunday Morning 11. 30am Service, so that the whole family can worship God and learn from his Word. If you’re a visitor, we are looking forward to welcoming you!
We’re part of Christians Together Across Exeter, the Exeter Evangelical Alliance, and Prayer for Exeter. There has been an Elim Church in Exeter since 1928 and we are proud of our pentecostal heritage. We have a leadership team in Exeter, headed up by Mark Pugh.

Every Wednesday from 7-8:30pm throughout May in the PRAYER ROOM, you are invited to Psalmcircle. A model of praying the Psalms for an individual or group. This can help you to build regular and sustainable prayer habits and in combination with that, you will get to know God better.
Together we will explore a Psalm, worship and pray. ... You need... A Bible Pen and Paper (as God will talk to you) Your list of friends and family you have on your heart to pray for (if you don't have a list don't worry, I can provide you with names)

When we first married, Sue and I agreed that we would rather travel an hour to A GREAT CHURCH than go to a local nearby average church. �
river church is the most welcoming and friendly church you feel right at home the moment you walk into the church. it is fun and makes you think about you beliefs and your faith becomes stronger and the sermons are draw you and make you want to know and love our lord much much more, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the friendship and love you give to everyone you know and love
Vibrant, welcoming, LOUD :-), enthusiastic, real,relevant and passionate about Jesus.
This is the place I call home. Authentic, supportive, Holy Spirit led, fun loving family! <3
There is a real sense of the presence of God at River Church. This is what church is all about, meeting together with God.
Such a fantastic church. The body of people make a church, and this church is filled with such amazing people. Pastor Mark has such a great 'style' of leadership, a great team who support him, and such a warm welcome awaits those who attend/visit.
If your in Exeter, and looking for a church, I'd recommend River Church.
Started going about 6 months ago and never looked back! You've got to try this church!!! If you're a little shy or unsure, just watch online one Sunday ;)

Here you will find Church is an entirely different concept to what you may have imagined, never boring, but vibrant and exciting. Rediscover love, joy, peace… all waiting to be found or re-found with a great bunch of people!
Really encouraging and great expectation of God living in us today. Great to have experienced this on our sabbatical
Love this place, the people and all that God is doing through both.
It's my Spiritual home. All my family are there, biological and spiritual. I feel so happy when I'm there. And when I'm not there I can still watch live on my phone over 3G which is cool.
It's great to see an inclusive church... a place that realises God loves us, is for us and wants us to live life to the full. A place that doesn't just think about there own community but cares, loves and prays for the rest of the world. No Church is perfect we know that but this place has God centred in all it does, they trust and walk with Him in all they do.
It was our first visit to River Church last Sunday. I can tell that we felt really welcome and comfortable. We met a lot of friendly and lovely people. We considered it as our church and will definitely go back.
I walked in for the first time this Sunday and it felt like coming home
