I will now be taking a 50% deposit for all colour services due to clients cancelling last minuets for appointment. Which leaves me with hours of my working days unfilled. When I could have clients who are desperate to get booked in when I have no other availability.
I’m sorry to have to do this but I’m trying to run a small business for myself and it’s unfair on me to miss out on work.
... I understand sometimes things change and appointments do need to be moved and rescheduled but please make sure when booking appointments that your are available for the that time and date and allow yourself enough time for the duration of the appointment.
Your deposit will allow you to move or change your appointment and will require 48hrs notice to cancel or move. This give me enough time to advertise and let my list of cancellation clients know when slots become available.
Your £20 deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day.
If 48hrs is not given then the deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE and another deposit will be required to secure another appointment date.
