Reeds Health Club And Spa

Air - con and extraction have not worked for two weeks. Just get told ‘ it’s in hand’. Now the jacuzzi and spin dryer have stopped working and nobody seems to know when they will be fixed!

Friendly and welcoming. Lovely staff and wonderful treatments. Six ladies in our group all have nothing but praise for their therapists and the treatments they underwent.

Nice and clean with spacious changing rooms but freezing cold very uncomfortable. Small pool and Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi very cold steam room cold too.

Spa ladies saved the day, they were excellent. Was not informed of a charge for robes and towel use on the day. When I questioned the staff on this she proceeded to then ignore me. Lunch was mediocre.

A great place when everything is working... Unfortunately the steam room breaks down bi-weekly

Poor service for a large group. Disorganised staff and treatments.
