Reeds Rains Carnforth

Recently had to sell a property on behalf of elderly Mother-in-law under power of attorney. Invited three agents. Valuations all very close. Whilst the other two agents were quoting less to sell, We chose Reeds Rains because Ben spent much more time explaining the ins and outs of procedure and their service, and most importantly stated that they would be unable to market the property until the power of attorney had been registered and granted. The other two never mentioned this, inferring that they just wanted the instruction in the bag. The staff made a point of coming to the house prior to showing anyone round so they could check it out for themselves and therefore provide a better service. The viewings were always prearranged with as much notice given as possible. In fact communication as a whole throughout the process has been fantastic - with regular phone calls providing feedback and discussing next steps. The house was obviously set at the right price and marketed well as we had plenty of viewings and I accepted an offer within 2-3 months of the house going on the market. The staff at Reeds Rains conducted the negotiations professionally and I always thought they were really working hard to get the best deal for me. Consequently I got a really good deal for my house. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains in Carnforth. Selling your house can be a stressful process but I thought the staff at Reeds Rains in Carnforth did a fantastic job in reducing any stress and managing the whole process.
