Incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process while I was buying my first house and offered lots of support. All the staff were friendly and happy to help. Also worked with Kay (mortgage advisor) who was absolutely fantastic and was a pleasure to work with, and made it her mission to make everything smooth and easy for me. She is a star.

The team at Reeds Rains have been very professional and diligent, working hard to sell our home and help with our purchase. Matthew, Emma, Anne-Marie and Sam delivered! Emma negotiated a good price for our sale and also skilfully negotiated our purchase with another firm of agents. They kept us informed throughout, we never needed to chase and they were unfailingly cheerful and helpful . It made a potentially difficult situation so much better and, indeed, it made for a relatively stress free experience.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you and to highly recommend Reeds Rains in Hebden Bridge. My dad Keith sold his house through them and I was worried about it all as we live 200 miles and were not on hand to help him. But Emma was so kind and kept us informed as sometimes my dad couldn't quite remember all the feedback from the viewings. My dad would always mention how lovely the 'girls' in the office are and I believe he popped in on more than one occasion for a coffee and a chat. thank you for helping him with all the paper work from the solicitors and being there every step of the way, he is now settle in his new house and is very happy.

We are very pleased with Reeds Rains Hebden Bridge during our move to Cornwall.The process started with Emma Eyre coming round to talk to us and do a valuation. She explained all aspects clearly and was realistic about our valuation. We felt we could ask any questions as Emma has excellent communication skills. She showed us examples of photos of properties. These are the best photos I have seen and will show off your house amazingly. Throughout the house selling process I was fully informed of developments, appointments were made to suit everyone and if I phoned or emailed staff were always courteous and quickly dealt with my queries.
Sam and Ann Marie, front of office staff came to the house to look at it. This is a good idea as then they know the features of your house. Matthew the manager is a star, he is always calm and reassuring from start to finish including when my removal van didn't turn up!!!
My house particulars were excellent and marketed with efficiency. Reeds Rains found a buyer for my house quickly and communicated well with the buyer so that we all knew developments.

As a first time buyer I was a little unsure on the whole buying/mortgage application process and this is where Matthew and his team at Reeds Rains were fantastic. From our initial valuation with Emma and all our dealings with Matthew and Sam we found the whole experience of selling our house with Reeds Rains was exceptional. They kept in touch every step of the way and were very proactive in promoting our property. We were very pleased with the number of viewings too. Feedback was always timely . I recently purchased a house in Mytholmroyd and used the Hebden Bridge branch of Reeds Raines who were helpful from my first offer to completion.
