Meet our founder Kris German
Kris was born and raised in Torquay, Devon. He is married with two children and a dog. He has owned and ran businesses within the leisure, product design, investment and trading industries. Throughout this time he bought and renovated property for his own rental portfolio.
Kris now dedicates all of his attention to his property business Reef Developments Ltd and divides his time between being on site overseeing the renovation and development projects, on the road viewing and searching for new properties, and finally in the office catching up on the day to day running of the business.
