This Tuesday I had tried the infra red sauna, I suffer with very tense shoulders due to stress. As soon as I got in I felt very relaxed and my tense shoulders disappeared. I would very much recommend to anyone with aches and pains!

I feel like a new women! Tuesday I had the new fibroblast treatment to my upper hooded eyes & underneath eyes plus crows feet & jaw line (see video recently posted). The results are phenomenal instantly tightened my loosening skin and defined my jawline back to how it was years ago.....And it continues to improve over the next 12 weeks.

I was advised to use RegimA Laser Azu-Repair and then RegimA Scar Repair 2-3 days post treatment to rapidly heal & reduce the downtime.

Thursday I had a set of Russian hair extensions put in by the talented Sinead. They look amazing...

I also bought a beautiful dress in their sale from £115 down to £25!!

So the question is was it worth flying from Southampton to Newcastle for pampering at Refine Spa???

Firstly we have used the sauna a couple of times now and highly recommend it to get rid of aches and pains.



Secondly a big thank you to Karen. She kindly donates her time on a Wednesday morning to give treatments to those who have suffered or are suffering from cancer. She gave my dad a lovely treatment on his neck which had been burnt from radiotherapy. She took a lot of time and care to give a great service and my dad highly recommends this to anyone who has suffered from the same.

Fantastic beauty salon! Best in the region, without a doubt. Top class quality, not your 'average' beauty treatments, they're amazing. Recently had some lashes and HD brows and they're still looking great after 3 weeks (also after a holiday).

The treatments available, products and equipment used are best to none... and the staff, well they're friendly, professional and know their stuff! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Been to Refine Spa a few times now. Always had acrylics done by Aliesh who is just a star. Today I treated myself to a brow wax and tint with a Yumi Lash lift by Aliesha and then a skin peel with Karen - over the moon with results from today.



5 stars for the treatmemts and customer service. Can't recommend them enough I will definitely be back for more treatments

After a few years of suffering quite badly with Acne Rosacea and having various treatments for it at the doctors and hospital dermatologists with very little improvement I had a consultation with Karen, Refines Skin care specialist.. after just 2 weeks of using the Regima products day and night as instructed by Karen and 2 face peels my skin is completely clear something even anti-biotics couldnt accomplish. I cannot thank Karen enough as its an awful skin condition which often looked very inflamed and could be unsightly and sore. I cannot recommend Refine Spa highly enough!!

Absolutely lovely staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! Affordable treatments and I was not disappointed!! My eyelashes and henna tattoo were amazing and I will definitely be going back on a regular basis! Can not speak well enough of the staff! ❤️ also the clothes in tiger lilly are to die for!!!!
