Retinol Peel
This week I treated my skin to a retinol peel as I felt congested, oily, and generally like my skin needed an overhaul!
I regularly have a Neostrata peel, which is a very light peel. Usually around every 4-6 weeks.... I wanted something that little bit deeper.
Day of treatment- I did the peel on Wednesday, it is left on the skin for 8 hours and then washed off before bed.
Day 1- I didn’t notice anything other than my skin felt a lot smoother
Day 2- later on the afternoon I started to notice my skin was starting to peel around my mouth and nose. Nothing major, just like dry skin.
Day 3, I was fully peeling. I still went out, but I was conscious that my face was flaking.
Day 4- today! Skin feels much better, just some mild flaking under my chin. Pores appear smaller, redness is reduced (which is something I suffer with) Blemishes have reduced.
I would defiantly recommend this treatment. But be aware that days 2,3,4 you will have peeling.

I visited today to have lip fillers done after really wanting them doing for years, but was too scared! The ladies at Reflection are truly amazing! I can’t recommend highly enough they are so, so fantastic at what they do, true professionals! I needn’t of worried about having the injections as they really aren’t bad at all. Heather did a great job of making me feel at ease and really listened to my wishes of what I wanted to achieve. I wasn’t disappointed as the results are amazing and I honestly couldn’t be happier!! I also had the Faith Lift facial done too which had made my skin feel amazingly soft and smooth, the light mask is really relaxing too, I could’ve lay under it all day! I recently attended the salon for a face peel and I love the results! Upon arrival, I was was given a consultation to discuss what I was looking to achieve. I was made to feel very relaxed and reassured. Every step of the treatment was thoroughly explained to me which again was very reassuring. Fantastic service and treatment �

I have previously had lip fillers before and was not happy with the shape and the final result ( yes this was cheap Botox) I went to heather and she gave me a natural fuller look without leaving the dreaded white rim !! Cheap Botox is bad Botox I would definitely rather spend the money and go to someone like heather I shall be recommending her and be returning. Thank you and I love them �

Heather is amazing! I went in based on some amazing reviews from other people who have lip fillers here having wanting to have my lips done for some time but always frightening myself off. I am so pleased I finally did it! I was literally petrified, not about how they would turn out as I had seen many many examples of amazing lips by Heather but panicking I would be that unlucky person that would have a reaction or something crazy would happen like you regularly see in the media. Heather put absolutely no pressure on me as I even when I sat down to do it I was still unsure whether I was brave enough. She took lots of time to give me all the the information I needed and the security of plans of what she would do in the very worse case scenario. How I could contact her 24/7 if I had any concerns after and how if I didn’t like the look how she could fix it. I totally trusted her. She suggested trying a tiny bit first at the corner to see how I felt and then I decided to continue. And I’m so pleased I did! The numbing cream is amazing - heard loads of reviews it’s a bad experience, for me If you have Botox the sensation was much the same so I’m either tough or that cream Heather used was amazing. My lips did swell but nothing crazy, no weird bruising or lumps, they look very natural and I’m chuffed. I’ll be having more I reckon as soon as I can! Highly recommend for anyone but for those in particular who are nervous like I was and would worry about worrying!
