I was on my study program last year and unfortunately it didn’t work out for me and I gave up but this year I came back and doing my traineeship and I’m happy to be back more than ever.These two people never gave up on me - Lucy from recruitment and my tutor Lisa if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be here today. Reflections in total is just amazing all the staff are absolutely suppo...rtive with everything. They always guides us on the right pathway and are always organized for lessons, and they make the sessions fun. Iv met lovely people in my group and it’s all about teamwork, and now we are like a family. I couldn’t be any happier where I am now! I can’t wait for my future so I can take all my knowledge and skills in a salon many thanks to all the team"

Reflections Training Academy requires an Academy Technician /Housekeeper for our Birmingham Training Academy to maintain the general salon setups and overall cleanliness of our 4 commercial running hairdressing salons within our Training Academy.
Successful candidates to demonstrate:
• To work independently and to work on own initiative ... • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Able to plan and act on directives • You must be friendly and welcoming • Have great people skills • Working as part of a team
This role includes the preparation of salon technical areas, in readiness for learner training sessions and workshops. To support the overall needs of the academy over the housekeeping arrangements and the support of activities/events.
