Maybe I‚Äôm a little bit weird but I actually really enjoy my daily food prep and the feeling of being back in control of what I am eating. Does anyone else feel like that sometimes? I always prioritise good nutrition, not just from the macronutrients ‚Äď protein, fats & carbs, but also the micronutrients and fibre!

I think it's time to make a review for Reflex's Muscle Bomb pre-workout, although I don't finish the tub. First of all, I am maybe the first person who tried it in Greece due to my win at Reflex's facebook contest. I was very excited to try it, because Reflex Nutrition is one of the best quality brand in Europe with successful lab tests at its products, Reflex also designs, manufactures and tests the products itself at its own "house". Quality comes first when I buy a supplement for me or for my clients. Reflex is one of my choices. Here we go then:



Muscle bomb has a decent ingredients profile. I choose the non caffeinated version because I want to use it at evening. Firstly, I am happy because there is no proprietary blend! Oh yes, no secret formula is needed. If you have integrity, proprietary blends aren't allowed. Another thing that makes me happy is that Muscle Bomb isn't concentrated! How the f@ck you can put four, five ingredients at 4,5 or 6gr? For example b-alanine needs 1,6gr at least in order to take its ergogenic effects. How you the uninformed customer buy a pre-workout with 4gr scoop which contains creatine, b-alanine, citruline malate and bcaa's??

Let's see Muscle bomb in the field. The first thing you notice when you take it, is the b-alanine itching. I love this feeling. I feel like it works. As far as the taste, although I hate fruit punch, this is the most natural taste I have ever drunk! No artificial sweeteners, but only stevia. Mixability is great too, nothing left at the shaker. The main goals when you buy this pre-workout is endurance, pump and recovery. Yes recovery with a pre-workout. Strange a little? You have 3,5gr of bcaa's to protect your muscles, 9gr of protein and 1gr of lclt. This is how it does it.



Overall, it's a honest and comfortable product. If you also choose the caffeinated version the amount it has, doensn't mess you up. You are also sure that you choose a banned substances free product without grey area's stimulants. Many congrats to R&D Group of Reflex! You have created one of the best pre-workout on the market. I have been training for the last 15 yrs and tried a lot of products on the market. But I started using Reflex about 6 yrs ago and I have to say it is one of the best if not the best product on the market to date.

Chocolate Peanut butter Instant Mass Heavyweight is the best gainer I've ever used! I've always struggled to put on weight but I've gained 4kgs from my first bag! Product tastes really good and mixes really well!

A big thank you to the whole team at reflex for the endless help and advice on all of their products. The products are second to none even for the amateur sportsmen like myself, you can really taste and feel the difference.

I ordered the vegan blend in smooth fruits, on first opening this shake smelt awesome and was expecting the same from the taste, but the sweet smell never came through in the taste and lacked the edge to taste of mixed fruits. The good this is even though the taste was a bit of a let down I have seen all the gains I want from this product would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the taste

Wasted £40 on 5.4kg Instant Mass Chocolate perfection (my own fault for not checking ingredients). Stop using artificial sweeteners, not only are they detrimental to health the taste is absolutely horrendous

Reflex uses Acesulfam K (E950) as sweetener in many of protein products. If you are looking for pure healthy products you should avoid Reflex products.



A lot of people think Reflex products are 100% healthy, they are happy to know how clear product are used into their bodies. But they should know Acesulfam K is inconclusive as really healthy.



I do not recommend to eat it daily, even 2x, 3x or more time a day, long time.



We really can not be surprised about increased prostate and other cancers in population due to eating synthetic substances as Acesulfam K is.



Acesulfame is synthetic and is not absorbed in the human body, it is excreted in the urine. The FDA has announced that four animal studies ‚Äď meat, rat and dog showed no conclusive evidence that the substance could be labeled as toxic. Other studies indicate an increased incidence of tumors in rats with acesulfame, many experts claim that this increased incidence is common.



Research suggests acesulfame K may affect prenatal development. One study appeared to show acesulfame K is ingested by mice through their mothers’ amniotic fluid or breast milk, and this influences the adult mouse’s sweet preference.



Additional research on the effects of acesulfame K on mice revealed chronic use over a period of 40 weeks resulted in a moderate but limited effect on neurometabolic function, and impaired cognitive memory functions.



The JEFCA has stated that it is not a genotoxic substance or a carcinogen. Toxic effects have not been established with certainty, but a number of scientists believe that the substance is safe in small quantities only.
