Welcome to my page, Amanda Pavis BSYA (ad Reflex) Dip Qualified November 2008 any questions "just ask".

Reflexology is known to help with things like Migraine, Constipation, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Sleep issues, Back pain, Immune system, Pregnancy plus many many more.

The session usually takes about 50 mins but an hour the first time as we need to discuss and take notes of any health issue. Please could you inform us on booking your appointment of any foot sores, open wounds or verruca's, so we can discuss options, as extra care has to be taken.

Charges £48 per session
Your Therapy will be carried out in the treatment room at my cheshire home. I do Home visits by special request only.

I can also offer Mini /Taster sessions to groups (more than four) Even Just a simple girls night in, it would be 15-20 mins approx per person.

Clients often find it so relaxing they actually fall asleep during the session, which is absolutely fine, it works just as effectively while your asleep.
