The stock M135i/M140i has an open differential. Once one wheel starts to slip the open differential sends power to the slipping wheel, until it regains traction. Typically resulting in traction control suddenly limiting the power, and your progress.
The Wavetrac Automatic Torque Biasing Limited Slip Differential or ATB LSD automatically biases power to the wheel with the most grip. Thanks to its patented design of the "Wave Hub" it does this much be...tter than any other ATB LSD.
The Wave Hub solves the issue that other ATB LSDs have which is a loss of performance with a zero or close to zero axle load conditions. This happens when cornering (suspension unloading), wheel slip and wheel lift.
A typical scenario on the road is going over a crest, due to the suspension unloading other ATB LSDs lose axle load and perform like an open differential. The Wave Hub creates internal load in this situation, maintaining performance and driveability.
The Wavetrac ATB LSD is the ultimate ATB LSD, thanks to its patented design it's not possible to experience the Wavetrac performance or driveability in any other ATB LSD design; it's just physics.

Huracan Brake Fluid & Stainless Steel Braided Brake Line Upgrade ✅
Ever since we first took our Supercharged Huracan out on track, we noticed that the brake pedal feel was very soft, requiring a lot of pedal effort to get any braking power.
To solve this we deiced to upgrade both the brake fluid and brake lines, two parts which contribute hugely to pedal feel yet won't increase NVH or wear.
... The first problem is the stock brake fluid, the stock brake fluid is very compressible vs the Motul RBF660 we are used to and has a lower boiling point. The compressibility results in a pedal that is more unresponsive than we'd like and the low boiling point has a danger of the fluid boiling with heat, resulting in a sudden loss of braking performance.
The second problem is the stock rubber brake lines. With high pedal inputs, the stock brake lines can "balloon". To eliminate this, the Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines are installed which resist ballooning significantly more which results in more of the pedal effort being transmitted through to the brakes, ultimately improving pedal feel.
With these two combined upgrades, at Donnington @supercardriver we found that our Supercharged Huracan had much-improved brake performance, inspiring confidence to brake later lap after lap.
This upgrade can be performed on any make or model and is especially beneficial for anyone who is taking their car out on track 🏁

MK7R for APR Stage 1 High Torque + DSG Software. Making a strong 310HP stock thanks to a Cold Air Intake. ⠀ ⠀ APR Stage 1 Low Torque usually lifts power to around 350-370HP and 350-370TQ, when combined with the APR DSG software (or upgraded clutch for manuals) the High Torque Stage 1 can be installed to maximise the performance potential on a Stage 1 tune. ⠀ ⠀ This car generated 363HP & 407TQ with a HUGE 110TQ & 75HP increase in the mid-range. Who's coming?

Had my 2016 bmw m3 stage 1 remap done here as well as geo set up. Can’t fault the guys one bit. Talked me through everything. Designed the map for me and my needs. Travelled over 3 hours to get the work done and would 100% do it again. Cheers guys

First time using them, and couldn't fault them. Care is taken with the cars while they are being worked on, everythings explained, and everyone there seems to genuinely enjoy what they do. Extra points for a cool dog as well!

First time using Regal & very much look forward to returning back soon. Super friendly company & staff really know their stuff! Everyone made me feel so welcome & important to them as a customer. I went there to get my MK4 Golf Anniversary stage 1 remapped since they are APR dealers, which they did while I waited. They carried out a full extensive health check on the car & discovered my spark plugs & rocker cover gasket needed replacing. Was a nice touch inviting me out into the garage; showing me first hand why this needed to be done. Super pleased with the car since the map & after sales support from Regal has been excellent in answering any questions I had. Special thanks to all the team - Chris, Karen, Steve, Ash & Ben. - Super job!

Absolutely spot on service from all the guys down at Regal, first time using and will 100% be returning. Very friendly staff and did everything possible to suit my needs. Cheers guys!
