Regenerative And Circular Economy Lab - University Of Oxford

About Regenerative And Circular Economy Lab - University Of Oxford

Our purpose is to accelerate and amplify the innovation necessary to transition to a circular economy by engaging and mobilising students, academics, and practitioners from across the UK (and beyond! ). Key activities: So far, we've arranged a variety of speakers and workshops focused on circular economy principles, with a lot more planned including: 1. Research and tools. We are actively developing a range of case studies, practitioner briefs and tools to support students and practitioners on their circular economy journey. You can read some blogs from students last year as they went on a journey to better understand this exciting new area. 2. Teaching. Join us in our second Circular Economy elective in Trinity Term 2019. If you are not current an MBA student but interested in this class, please contact the team. 3. Events. Meet and greet with leaders in the circular economy at one of our many events and get involved in the Circular Economy Circus - a series of student-powered workshops focused on creating interactive and immersive experiences. 4. Hackathons. Engaging students, the greater community and corporate companies in working together to solve systemic problems through the Circular Economy lens. Day-long events have a competition element and aim to provide a gateway for implementation of long-term, circular solutions within organisations.
