Regus - London, Victoria - Greycoat Place

Facilities were acceptable but not much better than that. Classroom was far too warm. One of the two toilet seats was detached. There didn't seem to be any indication of the business name from outside, just the door number.

Great location. Fantastic serviced offices.

So many problems- refer to the photos. Our aircon was 'fixed' 7 times in a month during the hot spell. We had to endure 32 degrees in the office for 6 weeks before they brought in temporary units that made little impact.
Given my repeated requests that they fixed it and provide us with an environment that was suitable to work in, management have terminated my contract with them.
Building is falling apart, they don't care as they are running it on tight staff, little repair work and trying to make as much profit as possible.
Sales team are like used car salesmen, management are very poor. Admin team are friendly and do their job. Wi-Fi doesn't connect well on 5th floor.
Overall, really not a great place to be.

Very expensive as compared to the services they are offering. We moved in 4 months ago and since than toilet are leak, one of the lift was broken it took at least a month to fix, they have put new kitchen recently so that's good (don't know how long it will stay like this). Only good thing is they give free chocolates on every Friday :)

The facilities were great but they were a little slow with having tea/coffee/lunch ready at the requested time

One of the lifts are regularly out of order, any repairs can take a considerable amount of time before being done and concerns that people can just walk in off the street u challenged. However, I would like to say the staff are friendly and helpful.

easy to find, usual Regus quality you'd expect

We have been renting in Greycoat Place for a few months now and recently the state of the common areas has gone very badly downhill. The kitchen is unclean and disorganised, and is embarrassing if you have clients coming to visit. The dishwasher on the 3rd floor has not been working for some time and the cutlery glasses and cups are always dirty. Apparently complaints have been raised by other tenants and ignored. Things are breaking and falling apart left and right.
On the plus side, the reception and admin staff here are always very polite. efficient and helpful.

Regus offers good value for money here and the furniture is comfortable. The internet has been a little iffy at times and the offices are a bit warm. Overall pretty good.
