Testimonials I have been seeing Natalie for 7 months now for reiki. I've had previous experience with reiki so knew of the many benefits a treatment can offer. I suffer from IBS and insomnia and with both of these I have seen a marked improvement. Sometimes I don't even know that my stomach is about to get bad but, Natalie has predicted it during a session. I've noticed that if it does flair up it settles far quicker than it used to and I'm no longer on medication. I sleep re...ally deeply for a couple of days after a session and my insomnia has improved massively during these last month's, maybe my life is calmer but I put it down to the reiki helping.
The way I'd describe the after effects of a treatment is I feel more balanced and relaxed. This feeling of well being stays with me for quite a while. I had left a gap of a few months and felt that the balance had shifted so booked in. Straight away I felt that my inner balance and calm had been restored.

I wanted to wait until I'd had more than one session with Natalie before writing a review. Natalie welcomes you into a calming environment and really gets to know you and understand any issues you may have prior to starting reiki. She answers any questions you may have knowledgeably. The treatment itself is of course individual to you and each one of us will experience something different, my two sessions so far were different, the second time I came away feeling totally relaxed and so energised. The lemon water afterwards is a lovely touch. I can't thank Natalie enough, you are amazing.

I had my first experience of Reiki last week and found it was very relaxing great for relaxing your mind . I found Natalie made me feel very comfortable as she explained everything she was going to do throughout the treatment which meant I could just relax and shut my eyes and let her work her magic . I would highly recommend this treatment as we all need a bit of time to ourselves . Top tip - try and chose an appointment time where after the treatment you can go home and chill for an hour after . Had my first ever Reiki session with Natalie last night, went in not knowing what to expect but what an amazing experience, Natalie went through everything before hand so was put completely at ease, then laid back and relaxed whilst Natalie worked her magic and then was so interesting speaking afterwards as to what she found!
