Mostly had a good experience here. Some masseuses are good but some are downright poor. Find one you like and you're gold. These guys are particularly good if you want a firm massage.

However they did forget overbook and I had to wait 25 mins for my appointment one time - which was too much and I had to cancel in the end. And they didn’t even bother offering a discount for the inconvenience.

Staff need to be trained better.

The GOOD: Great location, clean, quiet. Overall fantastic massage therapists. The BAD: Rushed, stressed therapists, bad booking. The massage therapists do not seem happy, and are rushed off their feet. 'An hour' actually also 'includes' (!?) the time to get to the room & undress. I took a friend last week who was rushed out immediately after treatment - with empty rooms for other customers. Then, had kept me waiting a half hour for my own appointment. This is TOO PRICEY to be treated like a conveyor belt. I've gone 15x in the past year, but won't be back until they improve this. Also: the Buy-one-get-half-price is a scam. Offer a deal or don't.

Very disappointed with this practice. I have been their customer for the last 3 years, paid plenty of money to their account. Once I had to reschedule my appointment because of an emergency. Sadly I was told there was no option to do that and they would charge me full price even though I did not receive the service. Honestly don't waste your time. If they treat their regular customers like that - imagine how they treat drop-in customers!

Been going to this place for the last three years on and off, although pretty varying quality of massages to be honest. My girlfriend just called today and spent some time talking to an incredibly difficult member of staff, called Kerry. She actually wouldn't provide her surname. She told my girlfriend she could not move an appointment for an emergency which we had today. Although providing a deposit, which we were happy to loose, she told us that in fact we would be required to pay the full price for all three masages which we were trying to move. What sort of customer service experience is that? Also knowing that both my girlfriend and I have spent definitely within the remit of hundreds of pounds here, I'm totally shocked we've been treated like this. Fortunately we live in London so there are plenty of other good options, at better prices, which we will now be using and taking our money else where. So thanks Kerry. Maybe some lessons in customer service wouldn't go a miss. Also trying to claim you told my girlfriend over the phone this was the case a month ago, and only sending a confirmation email yesterday is not good enough to try and claim full price for services not received. I'd strongly recommend taking your money to other better London based services.

Tried to move my appointment to the following day as I had to stay late at work on the day of my appointment. But they simply refused me point blank. So ended up losing my money.

We went here by chance. It was raining heavy and we saw a sign in the front window "buy one get the second half price". We walked in, scoured the menu with a helpful staff member who suggested we could do a couples session. After which we decided on the treatment we wanted. At this point a different person took our booking and said that if we want to go at the same time, we can start in ten mins. So upstairs we go, fill out a form and a man comes to get just myself. This left me feeling slightly uncomfortable for my girlfriend as we were under the impression it was a couples massage. This turned out not to be a problem as her masseuse was really nice. (We did know prior that only male therapist were available). My massage was great too, but short changed 5 mins. On a 30 min massage this is annoying, at nearly £10 every 5 mins.
I left feeling nice but uncomfortable and had to wait 30 mins for my girlfriend to come out due to a delay; not the end of the world but didn't feel like a smooth service.
When we went to pay, the offer typically had a little caveat. Usually I would pull a company up on something like this (with a background in law), but just couldn't be bothered because the whole process felt disappointing and wanted to at the very least coming away having enjoyed the massage. So we ended up paying £110 for the privaliege. I really hate these kinds of offers. Of course, past the point of no return before paying. It is unclear and morally wrong these days! Probably works wonders on unsuspecting tourists. But when you live within walking distance of the place, it is even more annoying. Shame.

I had the 30 minutes relax unwinder massage in the chair and it was really good. I left the place feeling great! Highly recommended.

My deep tissue massage at Relax was really excellent. My therapist Mustafa was highly skilled, I immediately felt in good hands. He found the knots and worked to release tension. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. Thank you!

Relax is quite simply fantastic and, as Ronseal famously said, does exactly what it says on the tin. From the moment you step through the door you are instantly immersed in the calm world of Relax. Sipping a herbal tea, overlooking the secluded courtyard below, your worries and stress begin to ebb away and you can feel yourself truly start to unwind. I have visited twice, for both a pre and post pregnancy massage and both were absolutely fantastic. As you can imagine, there are some serious knots in my shoulders after carrying my baby inside for nine months and now on the outside for five, and my therapist gently but firmly worked them out so that I left both times feeling like a new person. The team are all so friendly and accommodating and there is none of the stuffiness or snobbiness that you feel in some other spas. I would recommend Relax to anyone who is looking for a bit of me time or just a chance to get away from it all for a few hours and emerge, relaxed and revitalised.

Tried to make a booking for my boyfriend, but the online website kept acting up. So I phoned up and they placed me on hold for 5 minutes (not a great experience at this point). When my husband got there, they messed up his booking. He was complaining about pain from the massage (being too strong) for weeks. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Always had a good experience here. Some masseuses are good and some are excellent. Find one you like and you're gold. These guys are particularly good if you want a firm massage.

Great facilities with very friendly staff. No complaints at all from more than a dozen visits.
