ABOUT
Remedy Pilates has been set up by Felicity Preacher who lives with her family in Wareside, just outside Ware in Hertfordshire.
“I have benefited from Pilates at various stages of my life. I have Joint Hypermobility Syndrome and experienced discomfort in most major joints from an early age. This progressed into chronic back and neck pain throughout my twenties and early thirties when working long hours in a desk based job. The discovery of Pilates has helped hugely with both issues. In more recent years it has been my go to activity to assist with post-operative shoulder surgery and post-natal recovery. I now use it to help balance my passion for running and cycling. I can unreservedly say that this significantly improved my quality of life and led to my decision to share my passion with others. ”
Qualifications
Felicity is a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) member and is fully insured. She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Mat Pilates. Felicity is also qualified to teach Reformer Pilates and has undergone additional training in the use of Pilates to treat common orthopaedic conditions such as Sciatica, Arthritis, Osteoporosis and hip and knee athroplasty.
