My name is Helen and I've been a dance teacher for over 14 years. Giving Private and group lessons to adults.
I started working in the Fitness Industry 8 years ago instructing fitness classes and enjoyed it so much I decided to work on a one to one basis by going into personal training.
Knowing how important it is to look after your body and health Sports Massage was next to be added to my list so all my clients can do the same.
