Best wax I have ever had. Lovely friendly staff. I was told about all the different waxes used and the brand's and why they use the one they have. Never been offered this info before! I went back the next day to have my eyebrows done and will be making this place my regular. They also have great last minute deals on treatwell.
Only minor point is I had to wait 5 mins after my appointment time but not a problem for me.

Just had brow define and lash lift - I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The salon and staff are lovely and I will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you Renew.

Booked in for a full leg and bikini wax. Lady that did it was lovely but I was going on holiday and didn't actually check my legs until I was sitting by the pool two days later. I had a very hairy knee and strips elsewhere on my legs that were still hairy. Ended up shaving my legs a fair bit whilst on holiday so won't be returning there. Very disappointing.

Emma and the girls are lovely and very warm. I feel so at home there..

I asked for Shellac which is supposed to last up to 3 weeks at least, 3 days later it fell off and the nail art itself wasn't very good, see images attached. My friend also had a terrible experience where the owner of the business dealt with it quite unprofessionally. I'm also quite shocked at how the owner of the business responded to another lady's comment on Google reviews. Will definitely not be going to this place again and wouldn't recommend it either.

The was a confusion on the booking on their part and she was unwilling to take responsibility, I also pre paid for a full service to get my nails and toes done, however she then turn around to tell me that she didn't have time to finish off my nails, I was very vex because I felt like I didn't get what I paid for and she was unwilling to give me a refund, her claim was "I don't owe you any money because I work by the hour" so whether your nails are painted or not it's the same price" ­¤śĪTheir leaflet doesn't not say she works by the hour, you book a service and that's what you pay for and you expect to get it
My experience at this nail salon was very disappointing as a first timer and for the price I paid ┬Ż67
I ended up with nails I didn't want and my toes unpainted

The manager/ owner of the salon as rude when I challenge her mistakes, and has no skills in dealing with complains and couldn't take criticism, she claimed she had 10years experience but her work was amateur, her employee is way better at doing nails than she is,
But the owner put me off and wouldn't go back I'm afraid

Every time I asked for a nail design she claimed she didn't have the time, I'm sorry I paid for the service you make time

I will never visit this salon again! Both me and my friend were so disappointed
It's been an expensive lesson

it's funny how you respond on here to keep your review up, when I called the salon 2 days later to explain my displease you locked the phone off

It's been exactly a week all my gel overlay have either chipped or fell off

I personally and my friend would not be coming back no recommending anyone I know

My experience at renew nails and beauty was amazing , I got acrylics done for my holiday to Spain and had my eyebrows waxed. I really didn't think my nails would last the whole holiday but they did so I was happy and really impressed by that and also my mum got some gels done and hers lasted the whole holiday. Will definitely be coming back !! Xx

I visited Renew Nails and Beauty after looking for a local salon offering Shellac manicures and pedicures. I was impressed with the range of glitters and nail art offered at the salon and plain colour just doesn't do it for me. Emma did a great job with my nails and was so friendly and welcoming. I left the salon feeling relaxed and pampered.

Treated myself to a nail polish at this salon and I can honestly say it was one of the best I`ve had. My beautician was friendly and gave me helpful advice when choosing a shade of polish. Application was excellent and I was very happy with the finished result. Even more satisfying was the fact that it lasted as good as new for a few weeks. Recommend and will certainly be returning here.

Such a welcome from Emma and her team. Made to feel as if you have known her for years. Excellent service and value for money. I always look forward to my next visit for a catch up and a pamper ­¤śŖ
