This is our extra large universal carbon fiber airbox kit to suit 4 cylinder engines. The airbox comes with a 6"/152mm inlet and carries 14 litre's of air. Backplates are available in flat, 30 and 60mm increments to further increase volume with the 30mm tested to increase the volume of air available 1.5L to 15.5L.
Initially designed to maximise capacity in a 190e with the 2.3 and 2.5 M102 16v (Inc Evo/Evolution 1/2 models) engines with our ITB kit, but the removable backplate enables fitment to any engine bay that can fit the size.
Dimensions are 520mm long, but 200mm tall and 190mm wide, which can be made 220 or 250mm if there is space.

Lightweight flywheel machined from a forged billet of chromoly steel with a road going Sachs clutch system to suit the BMW E24 635CSI and US/Japan spec M6 with engine variants M30, M88 and S38.

This is our road going twin 230mm clutch setup to suit the Mercedes AMG M113k 5.5 Kompressor engines found in the W211 E55, R230 SL55, W221 S55 and C215 CL55 AMG cars. This kit will hold 1200NM of torque whilst retaining OEM drivability.
The flywheel is a dual to single mass conversion, CNC machined from a forged billet of chromoly steel to retain the OEM starter motor and 60-2 timing gear. Weight has been lowered when compared to any OEM dual mass unit reducing inertia for ...an improved response.
The clutch cover has been machined from a billet of aluminium with chromoly pressure and intermediate plates. Twin friction discs have heavy duty organic linings for improved thermal input with the first disc coming mounted and pre aligned. The kit is also available with cerametallic linings and can be made for nearly any engine and gearbox combination. M104 to 6 speed is next in development.

A prototype mold for one of the new Rennsport Factory universal large volume carbon fiber airboxes. This will be available with various depth backplates designed to fit any 4 cylinder ITB application. The box comes with a 6" intake, flow has been optimised and volume increased from other options on the market.
In the future we can mirror this for V6 and V8 applications.

Mercedes M104 ITBs (individual Throttle Bodies) with drive by wire. Tapered extensions with an oval shaftless butterfly for the 3.0L (and 3.4L AMG) 24v M104-980. Both 980 and the 2.8/3.2/3.6 99x are available to order.

This is a 215mm (8.5”) race kit for the Mercedes M111 Kompressor engines found in the W202 C class, R170 SLK and W208 CLK. The flywheel is machined from a forged billet of chromoly steel and comes with the starter motor teeth and original timing teeth machined into the flywheel. The cover is machined from billet aluminium and the pressure plate is chromoly steel for improvements in strength whilst reducing inertia. This kit has a torque rating of 590NM and includes a sprung hub friction disc with a cerametallic lining for improved thermal holding.

Mercedes M103 and both KJet/EFI M104 Individual Throttle Body kits are also in development, Carbon fiber airboxes and turbo plenums will be available additionally along with S bend extensions to clear OEM components if required.

M113 AMG ITBs

Our M113 NA road going ITB setup in development. This will suit all M113 engines, 4.3, 5.0 and 5.5 AMG. Carbon fiber airboxes will be fitted on the end of the extensions. This crossover layout will also be transferred to the M119 and can be developed for the M100 and M117 engine. Let us know what you'd like to see next.

Carbon fiber airbox in development for our 190e M102 16v "Cosworth" ITB kit. This particular setup has 3d printed extensions, sealed for a possible future turbo setup.
