Typically we charge a fee of £399 for arrangement of your mortgage, however the actual fee will depend on your circumstances and will not exceed 1. 5% of the mortgage amount. The fees may be waived subject to the terms of the fee waiver agreement.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
