i Have now used Rentuck several times. Very reasonable on price, a good selection of vehicles . straight forward, reliable company

Good service and price

BE AWARE NOT ALL CARS ARE SAFETY CHECKED BEFORE THEY SEND THEM OUT.

I SENT THE SAME CAR BACK TWICE IN A WEEK WITH A DRIVER BEARING FAULT & ALL THEY DID WAS SPRAY THE BRAKES WITH A HOSE AND SENT THE CAR BACK OUT.
I ASKED WHY IT DIDNT GO TO BE REPAIRED AND ALSO WHY IT WASNT SAFETY CHECKED BEFORE LETTING ME HAVE THE CAR A 2ND TIME
THEIR EXCUSE WAS THEY DONT GET TIME.

I WONDER IF THEY WOULD FIND TIME IF THE DVSA WERE INFORMED AS I HAVE WROTE TO THEM.

Will never use them again, we hired a van for a week, we paid £650, with £200 to be refunded when we return the van

When we went to collect the Van, they tried to give us a Van with a cracked windscreen, saying it will be alright, we refused and they gave us another Van, the guy was in a hurry and tried to rush checking the van, when we returned the Van a week later, they refunded the £200 but called us an hour later, claiming the Spare Wheel is missing, when we took the Van at no point did they mention the spare wheel and nor did we see it anywhere, they have now took money out of my account, without my permission, which I'm sure is illegal, I will be taking further action and won't let these thieves get away with this, my advise, DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!!!

First time hiring a van , no issues and fair price
