Resolve Mediation

Resolve provides a comprehensive community mediation service to the population of Berkshire and Oxfordshire. We offer a range of mediation services, including neighbour mediation, mediation in communities, mediation with young people and families, and workplace mediation. We work with a number of Housing Associations and public sector organisations across our region. We also offer a wide range of courses, training individual mediators, conflict management skills and programmes for schools. Mediation is a way of turning conflict into something positive. Here at Resolve we aim to help people find their own solutions to the problems they are experiencing. Resolve is an independent charity consisting of a team of mediators who work across the whole of Berkshire and Oxfordshire, as well as four staff members based in Reading. Resolve's mediators come from a range of backgrounds and life experience, and range from paid "lead" mediators to voluntary "trainee" mediators. Their wealth of skill and expertise makes them a competent, experienced group who deliver high quality mediation to our clients. They work together as a team and meet regularly for group and individual supervision sessions.
