Having discovered the empowerment that comes from resolving past issues of hurt, and becoming free of anxiety and low self esteem, I now help others find joy, purpose and peace in their lives.
I especially love showing other women their true power of being able to resolve anxiety and all the related symptoms and transforming their lives through Rapid Transformational Therapy.
Now that I am moving towards that certain age where unbalanced hormones can wreak havoc, I have learnt how anxiety exacerbates these symptoms and can cause a spiralling mess of one's life! RTT resolves anxiety issues so effectively that the menopausal symptoms can become easy to move on through naturally.
