We were off to London for work and in the evening we decided to try Ours for the first time. What a lovely discovery.

The venue itself is great but what made the experience even better was the great staff we came across with. At the bar the guys had great knowledge about wines and spirits and they helped us make the right choice. But what made the difference was how one of the managers, @FrancescoMacera, helped us out through the whole night. We explained that was our first time there and that the day after we wouldвАЩve left the city, he then straight away managed to find a table for us even though the venue was packed, took us around the place and basically hosted us in such a way that we will for sure come back!

Thank you very much guys. We highly recommend to visit this place.

My partner and I visited Restaurant Ours last night Friday 21st July. We had an amazing time. We had 7 dishes between us and none disappointed. Everything we ordered that came up was not what we expected; it was better. I was expecting it to be a bit pretentious, but it wasn't. There was a great ambience. Good music playing in the background. Service was top flight. All staff were very attentive. Loved the happy guy on the front desk. Respect to Mo the maitre d. He made the experience for us. He knew his stuff. He was able to explain the menu in detail as it is a little on the vague side. For anyone not been to Ours, it is Modern European cuisine with a tapas twist. All dishes are for sharing and they advise 4-5 dishes per person but our 7 were ample as we wanted to save room for dessert. I highly recommend ordering the caramel doughnuts for dessert. They were immense. Also grab a photo in the glass tunnel entrance and flower wall. The restaurant is not cheap but was worth every penny plus it was a special occasion for us. I went out for dinner with my boyfriend here for my birthday. As soon as I walked in , the staff were friendly and acknowledged that it was my birthday. We had customised cocktails mixed by their mixologist which was out of this world . The food served was perfect. The staff made sure to ask if we needed anything else and if we were okay on a regular basis. The entertainment was lovely, they had a live act playing and sang 'happy birthday' organised by the restaurant. I ordered my dessert and another surprise came when the staff brought my dessert singing 'happy birthday' with a candle on it . I will definitely be coming back to restaurant ours for any occasion!

Excellent venue! As soon as we arrived the welcoming was warm and friendly. Service was attentive and staff was helpful. Cocktails were amazing and food was spot on (especially the burrata with pear, risotto and the seaweed salad) .Beautiful and chilled ambience, definitely visiting again.

Very instagramable place loved the flower wall. Not much to offer on the food menu. Tiny pretentious portions. Doughnuts however were delicious and I enjoyed the drinks very very strong which was nice. Didn't like the bar service however. After spending almost £100 and tipping like £50 for our table service we decided to head to the bar for just 1 drink. I paid £15 for a cocktail and waited over 20 Minutes, why should I have almost £6 service charge added. I refused to pay that and the bartender began to argue with me. It's optional if I pay. And I'm not rich either sometimes people like to spend a little extra and go somewhere nice. Doesn't mean you should argue with them and try to charge them £6 for a £15 drink. Ridiculous

Service great, and a real wow factor when you walk in. Unfortunately the food was not great at all. Very little choice and everything was cold when it arrived. £21 for a small bowl of tagliatelle.....wouldn't mind if it was worth it but really didn't feel it was. Cocktails lovely though x

Definite wow factor, ambiance is superb. However we only got 2 of the 5 dishes we ordered. After waiting an hour the staff apologised and gave us a free bottle of wine, so they rectified and dealt with it well however wouldnвАЩt expect an oversight like that in such an up market place.

Where to start... I was called 2 weeks before (valentines weekend) To be informed of a new minimum spend charge, which was fine however the menu was not one where you could spend that much. I was then informed the menu had changed and not updated online. Okay...sent new menu which was a lot nicer and justified a minimum spend until I get to the restaurant and the menu I was emailed did not align with the menu at the restaurant.



Upon ordering I was advised to order around 4 dishes per person...sure no problem...I then told the waiter I would like dishes not arrive all at the same time he assured me they would arrive separately allowing me enough to enjoy a few plates at a time. Well not my surprise they all arrived pretty much a a few minutes apart, to the point my table was overflowing, I didnвАЩt get time to enjoy the plates. The hot food quickly and obviously started to get cold.



Next... waiters continuously kept asking to take my food away...really? A full plate of food you laid down less then 10 minutes ago? This kept happening throughout the night and what do you know....a 2 hour limit on the table apparently.



So to conclude, a minimum charge implemented so close to valentines there wasnвАЩt really time to find another restaurant. Food all coming at once despite being told it wouldnвАЩt...and all to rush you off the table. I eat out at high end restaurants often, this is high end pricing mediocre food, and greedy management.



If you are after a romantic night next to a tree with fairy lights I am sure you can find it somewhere else where you feel like a guest and valued for your money. (Racked up a bill btw) a whole table left full food which you canвАЩt take away? Sorry Michelin star restaurants allow takeaway not like itвАЩs something I often do but when it is that much food....seriously? Would never recommend.

We saw three mouses running around the kitchen at the end of our dinner. We told various people of the staff who seemed totally disinterested and unapologetic. Finally someone came to our table to apologise and declared that we shouldвАЩt worry because in all London restaurant it is common to find mouses. Then she also offered us to change table so that we wouldnвАЩt see the mouses anymore. At that point we asked for the bill and were made to pay the full price. Totally horrifying.

The food is average at best, for example carrots in a toffee cream sauce (yuk) the mushrooms on toast were good but I can do that at home. The venue is decorated very nicely so it has its looks going for it, some of the male staff were rude, all the staff seem on edge and stressed out so goodness knows what's happening behind the scenes with the management.

Shocking environment with people that pretend to be rich and drink cheap alcohol. I am happy to spend ¬£20 a drink but not when you are using low-cost alcohol and charge a stupid amount for it. So glad IвАЩve been there once so I know I wonвАЩt have to go there again

I had booked a table for 6pm for myself and my friend on Saturday night but at 5:30 we were ready for a drink so headed over to the restaurant. Upon arrival there was nobody at the reception but the restaurant looked like it was open and people were sat down so we headed in.



We were rudely greeted by a member of staff who laughed at me when I asked if we could head in earlier and told me that the restaurant wasn't open until 6 (as though it was the most ridiculous thing to ask). I have never been spoken to so disgustingly and left feeling extremely embarrassed. We decided we really didn't want to go back into the restaurant after the embarrassment so rang and asked to cancel the table, to which we were told we would be charged £40.



Due to the ridiculous cancellation fee, we decided we would give it one more chance and headed back for 6. The man who greeted us was much more pleasant but unfortunately this didn't make up for the overpriced food and disgusting looks we were given by the lady who had spoken to us earlier.



When ordering, we were recommended to order 5 dishes from the menu per person but decided to stick to the one (prices per dish from £9-£39) as we could order more if we were still hungry. The meal was too much for us to even finish at one dish per person so thank GOD we didn't take this advice.



Finally, the cherry on top of the cake was the bouncer speaking rudely to us when we were waiting for an Uber outside of the restaurant. Epitomising the unfriendly, pretentious feel of the restaurant.



I wouldn't recommend Ours to anyone and I am extremely upset with the way myself and my friends were treat.

Booked this place weeks in advance for my birthday and everything was set - then one week before the day the restaurant calls and informs me that it will be closed on the day for a private event. Try booking another restaurant for a big party one week in advance in London - not going to happen. I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated.

I ordered my dessert and another surprise came when the staff brought my dessert singing 'happy birthday' with a candle on it . I will definitely be coming back to restaurant ours for any occasion!

Excellent venue! As soon as we arrived the welcoming was warm and friendly. Service was attentive and staff was helpful. Cocktails were amazing and food was spot on (especially the burrata with pear, risotto and the seaweed salad) .Beautiful and chilled ambience, definitely visiting again.

Really enjoyed Sunday brunch for a friendвАЩs birthday - good value at 20 quid for unlimited drinks, the food is what makes it add up but beautiful atmosphere and the flower wall is great for pictures with your girlfriends пњљпњљпњљ

Very instagramable place loved the flower wall. Not much to offer on the food menu. Tiny pretentious portions. Doughnuts however were delicious and I enjoyed the drinks very very strong which was nice. Didn't like the bar service however. After spending almost £100 and tipping like £50 for our table service we decided to head to the bar for just 1 drink. I paid £15 for a cocktail and waited over 20 Minutes, why should I have almost £6 service charge added. I refused to pay that and the bartender began to argue with me. It's optional if I pay. And I'm not rich either sometimes people like to spend a little extra and go somewhere nice. Doesn't mean you should argue with them and try to charge them £6 for a £15 drink. Ridiculous

Service great, and a real wow factor when you walk in. Unfortunately the food was not great at all. Very little choice and everything was cold when it arrived. £21 for a small bowl of tagliatelle.....wouldn't mind if it was worth it but really didn't feel it was. Cocktails lovely though x

Ambience was perfect but everything else was just OK. Food and service was not great yet not bad. Long wait for orders but all in all, just OK 5/10.

Definite wow factor, ambiance is superb. However we only got 2 of the 5 dishes we ordered. After waiting an hour the staff apologised and gave us a free bottle of wine, so they rectified and dealt with it well however wouldnвАЩt expect an oversight like that in such an up market place.

Where to start... I was called 2 weeks before (valentines weekend) To be informed of a new minimum spend charge, which was fine however the menu was not one where you could spend that much. I was then informed the menu had changed and not updated online. Okay...sent new menu which was a lot nicer and justified a minimum spend until I get to the restaurant and the menu I was emailed did not align with the menu at the restaurant.



Upon ordering I was advised to order around 4 dishes per person...sure no problem...I then told the waiter I would like dishes not arrive all at the same time he assured me they would arrive separately allowing me enough to enjoy a few plates at a time. Well not my surprise they all arrived pretty much a a few minutes apart, to the point my table was overflowing, I didnвАЩt get time to enjoy the plates. The hot food quickly and obviously started to get cold.



Next... waiters continuously kept asking to take my food away...really? A full plate of food you laid down less then 10 minutes ago? This kept happening throughout the night and what do you know....a 2 hour limit on the table apparently.



So to conclude, a minimum charge implemented so close to valentines there wasnвАЩt really time to find another restaurant. Food all coming at once despite being told it wouldnвАЩt...and all to rush you off the table. I eat out at high end restaurants often, this is high end pricing mediocre food, and greedy management.



If you are after a romantic night next to a tree with fairy lights I am sure you can find it somewhere else where you feel like a guest and valued for your money. (Racked up a bill btw) a whole table left full food which you canвАЩt take away? Sorry Michelin star restaurants allow takeaway not like itвАЩs something I often do but when it is that much food....seriously? Would never recommend.

We saw three mouses running around the kitchen at the end of our dinner. We told various people of the staff who seemed totally disinterested and unapologetic. Finally someone came to our table to apologise and declared that we shouldвАЩt worry because in all London restaurant it is common to find mouses. Then she also offered us to change table so that we wouldnвАЩt see the mouses anymore. At that point we asked for the bill and were made to pay the full price. Totally horrifying.

The food is average at best, for example carrots in a toffee cream sauce (yuk) the mushrooms on toast were good but I can do that at home. The venue is decorated very nicely so it has its looks going for it, some of the male staff were rude, all the staff seem on edge and stressed out so goodness knows what's happening behind the scenes with the management.

Shocking environment with people that pretend to be rich and drink cheap alcohol. I am happy to spend ¬£20 a drink but not when you are using low-cost alcohol and charge a stupid amount for it. So glad IвАЩve been there once so I know I wonвАЩt have to go there again

I had booked a table for 6pm for myself and my friend on Saturday night but at 5:30 we were ready for a drink so headed over to the restaurant. Upon arrival there was nobody at the reception but the restaurant looked like it was open and people were sat down so we headed in.



We were rudely greeted by a member of staff who laughed at me when I asked if we could head in earlier and told me that the restaurant wasn't open until 6 (as though it was the most ridiculous thing to ask). I have never been spoken to so disgustingly and left feeling extremely embarrassed. We decided we really didn't want to go back into the restaurant after the embarrassment so rang and asked to cancel the table, to which we were told we would be charged £40.



Due to the ridiculous cancellation fee, we decided we would give it one more chance and headed back for 6. The man who greeted us was much more pleasant but unfortunately this didn't make up for the overpriced food and disgusting looks we were given by the lady who had spoken to us earlier.



When ordering, we were recommended to order 5 dishes from the menu per person but decided to stick to the one (prices per dish from £9-£39) as we could order more if we were still hungry. The meal was too much for us to even finish at one dish per person so thank GOD we didn't take this advice.



Finally, the cherry on top of the cake was the bouncer speaking rudely to us when we were waiting for an Uber outside of the restaurant. Epitomising the unfriendly, pretentious feel of the restaurant.



I wouldn't recommend Ours to anyone and I am extremely upset with the way myself and my friends were treat.

Booked this place weeks in advance for my birthday and everything was set - then one week before the day the restaurant calls and informs me that it will be closed on the day for a private event. Try booking another restaurant for a big party one week in advance in London - not going to happen. I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated.
