Trained with Del a while back and stopped due to personal circumstance, Del made it fun whilst staying professional and we also did some boxing which would highly recommend! Provided a diet plan which was simple and easy to follow which worked x
It is definitely a 5 star rating. Wait a minute, if there is 6 star, I will press that button. He is the reason for my transformation and I would really wish if he could settle down in Malaysia so that I would be able to see him on a weekly basis that kept my motivation going well ๏ฟฝ

Del is a fantastic personal trainer: I fully recommend him to anyone regardless of your goal. I came to him with an existing high level of fitness and good attitude towards exercise but not any experience with strength training. Del has given me confidence on the gym floor and pushed me to get PBs every week. Before training with him I had reached a plateau in my running and in just 6 weeks I took almost 10% off my 5k time! A really down to earth guy who cares a lot about his clients. Thank you Del! ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ
Del has not only helped me improve my fitness he has changed my entire way I think about and feel about exercise. I used to lack complete motivation to attend the gym and had a very negative attitude towards exercise. I had also suffered a lot of pain in my left foot and knee for many years which has held me back both in exercise and normal day life. So far after working with Del for just 5 weeks I am noticeably fitter and stronger but also almost completely pain free. Del will get more out of you than knew you could ever do, his support and engagement keeps you motivated and on top of this he is genuinely a lovely person. I would definitely recommend Del to anyone looking for a person trainer.
