We have worked together to create the highest technical, psychological and environmental fidelity of scenarios for some of the organisations we work.

As we approach the 2020 international guidelines in resuscitation, this video gives us a reminder of how resuscitation was performed nearly 100 years ago.
Whilst we may have a little chuckle at the techniques that are now very out dated, this film demonstrates how resuscitation has become an evidence based practice. With an ever growing amount of research being done in this field to improve patient outcome, survival rates and neurological survival, you have to wonder how long it will be before we have a little chuckle at techniques such as mouth to mouth, intubation, IV Adrenaline and much much more.
I wonder what G2020 will have in store..... not long to go!

Great to hear the news about the British Heart Foundation aiming to really push the need for mapping all AEDs in the UK by leading on a national database.
Databases have been created on the locations of AEDs for nearly 20 years... but it needs some national co-ordination by an organisation such as the BHF.
If you have an AED please get it registered with the BHF. Also please register it with the superb App ‘GoodSam’ that maps AEDs and responders in real time, and alerts responders to life threatening 999 calls (showing them where nearest AEDs are) via the ambulance service.

Today we visited Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team to donate some important training equipment to this excellent charity.
We also took up rescue, medical & first aid kit kindly donated from SPServices
This training kit will be used to train volunteers in advanced first aid & lifesaving Skills across north Wales
