Yesterday my nephews had an amazing time at the aqua park. We booked a lifeguard and it's the best £10 spent Jordan the lifeguard was fantastic with my 8 year nephew and made his time in the waterpark great so much so they want to come again very soon. Fab atmosphere and facilities for spectators too. Thank you

Wow what a lovley place. Lots to do if you want it and as for the lake and the ducks, how relaxing. The apartment we had was just so cute, just needed a larger outside table and maybe an umberella. The staff we very welcoming and the pizza from the green rooms was just gawjus, even had it delivered. This seems like a popular place but the apartment was very quiet. Love the little beach area �

What a brilliant time we had!! It seems pricey but as it includes all the gear (good thick full length wetsuits) it was brilliant! Kids are desperate to go back.

The hour for the aqua park was the right length... Any more and I'm not sure I'd have survived.

Really would recommend!

Went this morning for my sister's birthday we were a group of 4 was so much fun ..laughed so much ..got around the whole course ..the hamster wheel was the hardest to get out of but everyone there helps u out if needed ..the only thing I wud say is the changing rooms cud be a bit bigger and have private cubicles..i wud highly recommend and can't wait to go again

We went last week , the kids loved it ! When anyone asks what was their favourite part of our 2 weeks in Cornwall they say ‘Retallack !’

We came down today for my birthday treat and it was awesome!!!! It was the first time I had visited but I'd heard great things and I have to say you did not disappoint. We had great fun and we will definitely be back again. Thank you �

This is incredible !!! Everyone can do this ! You get wetsuits provided and there's a cafe and a bar area where families can spend time together . The water is so nice !! You are fully buoyant with the life jackets on .. get a good night's sleep before you do this. It's completely tiring and very physical but its such fun .other water sports are available which I intend on trying out next time we visit !

I went here yesterday as part of a friends hen party. We all had a great time, fun course and fun slides once I plucked up the courage to go down them! Water didn't feel cold at all. Would highly recommend. Only drawback is the shower/changing room area could do with a bit of work but the rest is great.

Had an amazing time here. Great fun and such a laugh. Literally have everything you would need to enjoy your day. Definitely coming back to do the aqua park again but also to try out the other stuff too. Would recommend this place to everyone �

Fantastic place! We were very lucky & had a early slot, so it was just our family on the giant inflatable, lifeguards we’re helpful and nothing was an effort for them, really friendly and made sure the kids had fun. Would 100% recommend and will be returning.

Fantastic place for young (& old) kids to burn off excess energy; didn't matter when it rained a bit as they're already wet. Food could be a bit better; pork burrito was rice & sauce, but not much meat. Little harsh for £8, but I'm nit picking now...

During this half term our family have tried different activities in cornwall, and so far the family have rated ratallack the best!!! Was a lovely day, staff polite, friendly and the park was a huge amount of fun! 100% will be back again!

We went to the aqua park yesterday and it was great fun! The only things that I could criticise is that it seemed very unorganised prior to getting in to the water.

We were unsure as to where to go once we got there; as we had pre booked and the signs seem as though you need to go in to the office 'to book'.

I was given a wetsuit 3 sizes too big for me, so I felt like a puffer fish once I was in the water � then whilst on the aqua park, I saw that someone had a large hole in theirs, right on the bum!

Overall, it was fantastic, but organisation could be improved �

It was a lot of fun- great value for money! Lifeguards were attentive and friendly.



However we were unsure on where to go once we'd got our wetsuits on so just waited around and went and joined the crowd gathering at the gate. Cafe was okay but quite overpriced for what you get- also wasn't anywhere to go when it started to rain, wouldn't want to be waiting to watch my family or friends!

Only criticisms are you really need to get there early to wetsuit up. It was busy today and I’d say you need a good 20 minutes to queue to get wetsuits. I didn’t see anywhere it advise you to get there a decent time before your allocated slot on the website and I think it ought to.

And the lockers need some serious work. Most seemed broken. Just about managed to find one that worked with some persuasion.

Great activity and fun.However had a personal scare on one part which has like a hamster wheel in...when you jump in the pool area which holds water wheel it has no flooring and so went under water and when came up I had nothing to hold onto and the wheel was pushing me against the side of the activity....lifeguard had to be called as could not get out...they helped me into the wheel and I found a young lad had also jumped into the area and could not get out which scared him....maybe it was just unfortunate that I was unable to manage but possibly an area raised for risk assessment for people who are not strong or fit??

Fantastic fun we were a large group of adults and children.

Flow rider was brilliant and I have to say the girl that taught us was superb she was great with both the children and adults. Only disappointment was the hot tubs were not on and it was freezing hanging around for our turns so the children gave up and went to the showers. Fortunately we had other adults to sort the children out otherwise we would have all had to cut our session short!!

Aqua park again was brilliant I haven't laughed so much in ages! Lifeguards were friendly, my husband did have an incident when he went under the hamster wheel part and couldn't get back up, a tad dangerous but the lifeguard was there to assist. The guys doing the wetsuits were a bit clueless when it came to sizing us so we wasted a lot of time squeezing wet suits on to find they were too small and exchanging them over and over. We were there 40 mins before our session but missed 10 minutes due to the wet suit fiasco. Overall really great and I would highly recommend it. I will make sure the hot tubs are on for next time though!

I attended last weekend with a group of 9 others for a hen party. We had a good time, but it could have been better. We were unsure of what to do when we got ready. The workers walked past us and could have said to hold on whilst they changed the staff around. Instead, they just carried on and ignored us whilst we all looked at one another guessing what we had to do.

Lots of the inflatables had collapsed and you could tell it wasn't looked after. Perhaps it is because it's at the end of the session, but still, it wasn't great.

The ladies in the cafe were lovely and my friend had a great instructor on the Flow Rider. For this reason, I've given three stars.
