Established in Tunbridge Wells for 17 years, Retoucherie offers a comprehensive and superior ladies and gentlemen clothing alterations service. For your convenience, we are open 6 days a week, from 9. 00 to 5. 30. Our policy is to offer a quick alteration service and we also offer the option of a One Hour Express Service. Apart from providing all types of repairs on all clothing garments, zip replacements on jackets, cushions and bags, Retoucherie specialises in leather and suede as well as curtains and soft furnishings. They also offer alterations on wedding dresses such as shortening, taking-in, etc. With our years of experience and excellent reputation you can feel confident that your clothes are in the safest of hands. If you are not sure exactly how much needs taking up, or in, (or letting out) there is a convenient and private changing roomwhere you can try on the garment and discuss with a member of staff the exact alterations that you require. After a few weeks with phone problems, it seems that the issue has finally been solved and our phone line is back in working order! Thank you to our customers for their patience and understanding.
We apologise once again to the customers who have been trying to call us recently. Our phone line seems to be experiencing problems again due to a fault outside our building...we have been told that the problem should be resolved in the next 48 hours. We hope that this time it will be fixed properly, meanwhile, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We wish everyone a Prosperous and Peaceful New Year!
