So happy with my figure 👙and the way my body’s looking right now .

... Karen had flirted with various gyms and classes before coming across our Facebook advert and even then she watched us for sometime before she took the plunge , now she’s “hooked “ in her words .
Karen loves each session and never fails to miss one unless it’s due to work commitments. I can honestly say that as her coach it’s been a pleasure to have her at our club and watch her skills progress so far 🤜
Since joining the Club , Karen has experienced weight loss , toned up , is sleeping better at night and has a much better our look on Nutrition and Lifestyle altogether 😀

Did you know 1 in 3 women a week commit suicide due to living with Domestic Abuse ?
... More needs to be done to raise awareness and for victims to feel they can speak up and confide in our authorities.
We cannot and will not let our local refuge here in Northwich fall be the wayside with little or no funding for resources for our Women and Children

Started in January at the classes and I love it. It's hard work but an amazing work out. The classes differ from session to session so its never dull. Elly is a great instructor. Couldn't have picked a better class.

I started Elly’s class in January and absolutely love it. Each week is different so I always feel

challenged and it’s definitely a full body work out!

Everyone is really friendly and supportive and no matter your fitness level you can still benefit from the class as you do what you can.

The boxing is a great stress relief too. ���

I only started going to classes 2 weeks ago and I’m already hooked!!

Elly keeps it interesting by coming up with different circuits and combination work every week and there’s something for all levels of fitness.

Everybody in the groups are lovely and it’s a really good chance to get those work stresses out!!

Elly is really approachable and is happy to help with any questions about the exercises, training in between, diet etc.

Definitely glad I’ve added it into my week!
