Sports Massage is typically used before, during and after a physical activity or an event and is not just for the athletes. Anyone can benefit from sports massage – including physically active people, people suffering from chronic soft tissue injuries caused by previous injury or even stress /tension or poor posture.

Pre-event and post-event Sports Massage is tailored to the specific requirements of the client depending on the sporting event or activity.

Maintenance Massage is a regular treatment which helps to alleviate stress and tension which can cause build up of lactic acid in the soft tissue structures of the body.

Rehabilitation Massage is used assist with the healing process and can be used to treat chronic muscular conditions and sprains and strains.

Postural analysis can be carried out prior to treatment to assess the general condition of the body and to assist in an appropriate treatment plan.
